10Article 10 (Fees and Free Trial)제10조 (요금과 무료 체험)
- The fee is KRW 199,000 per month, excluding VAT. KRW 218,900 including VAT is charged to the card. Users pay ad spend directly to Meta and Google, and the Company takes no commission on ad spend.
- On request, the Company links several branches (businesses) of the same business owner under a branch discount. Linked branches each pay separately; at each payment, the earliest-linked branch still in use pays the fee in paragraph 1 and the others pay half of it (KRW 99,500, or KRW 109,450 including VAT). If the earliest-linked branch stops using the Service, a remaining branch may pay the fee in paragraph 1 from its next payment, and any branch whose amount changes is notified 7 days before that payment.
- The 30-day free trial is counted from the day the Company finishes connecting the user's ad account (Meta or Google) after the user registers a card under “이용료” (Fees) in the app. Before the connection is finished, the free period does not run down and no payment is made, and the user is notified by email or similar means on the day the connection is finished.
- From 3 days before the free period ends, users who press [결제 동의하기] (Agree to payment) under Fees continue as paid users. Without this agreement no payment is made, and from the day the free period ends only the features that change ads stop. Performance views and ads already running stay as they are.
- Before raising the fee, the Company notifies the user (business contact) contact details known to the Company (such as email) 30 days in advance and asks for consent; users who do not consent may terminate at no extra cost.
- The Company does not promise that ad performance or sales will increase.
10-2Article 10-2 (Automatic Payment)제10조의2 (자동결제)
- The first payment is made on the day the free period ends, and afterwards the registered card is charged automatically on the same day each month (or the last day of a month that has no such day). The payment date is shown under Fees.
- If a payment fails, users may keep using the Service as is for 7 days, during which payment is retried once a day. If payment still fails after 7 days, the features that change ads stop, and they resume as soon as payment succeeds with a new card.
10-3Article 10-3 (Withdrawal and Refunds)제10조의3 (청약철회와 환불)
- Within 7 days of the first payment, if no ads were changed through the app in that time, the Company cancels the payment and refunds it in full. Please request this by email to the contact below.
- If ads were changed through the app even once in that time, the service is considered to have started and withdrawal is limited (Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
- Refunds are made by cancelling the card payment within 3 business days of confirming the request.
- Users who terminate during a paid period may keep using the Service until the end of the period already paid, and the fee for the remaining period is not refunded.

12Article 12 (Termination)제12조 (계약 해지)
- Users may end paid use at any time with [해지하기] (Cancel) under Fees in the app, after which no further payment is made. Cancelling during the free period ends it immediately without any payment. Before the paid period ends, users can undo the cancellation with [다시 시작하기] (Restart) without any extra payment.
- From the day paid use ends and ad changes stop (cancellation, 7 days after a failed payment, or not consenting to payment after the free period), connections and data are kept for 30 days, and restarting within that time continues as before. The recurring-payment key is deleted on that day, so a new card must be registered to restart. After 30 days, connections and data are deleted, with an email and in-app notice 7 days before deletion. Payment records are kept separately for 5 years as required by law.
- Users may request termination of the Service (account deletion) at any time.
- Upon an account deletion request, the Company deletes the account and related data within 7 days. The scope of deletion and exceptions (such as materials already sent to external AI services) follow the Data Deletion Guide.

15Article 15 (Supplementary Provisions)제15조 (부칙)
- These Terms (v2.3) take effect on November 9, 2026 (as a change that may be unfavorable to users, they are announced earlier than 7 days before taking effect). Until then, v2.2 applies. The effective dates of previous versions are as shown in the revision history below.
- Article 10 (Fees and Free Trial), Article 10-2 (Automatic Payment), Article 10-3 (Withdrawal and Refunds) and Article 12(1), added in v2.4, apply from the day fee payment opens in the app, and that date is announced 7 days in advance by email and in the app. They do not apply to users who have not registered a card.
